The passage of time invites Cartier on a path of continuous reinvention. This year, Cartier’s new watch collections reflect this with watches full of form and character that the Masion revisits and transforms.

 

TANK AMÉRICAINE

Launched in 1989, the Tank Américaine drew its inspiration from the Tank Cintrée watch. In 2023, the Maison’s design studio is reinforcing the original design of the watch and its curved shape by carving a finer, more acrobatic line. The Tank Américaine watch comes in all-gold and steel with a leather strap, rose gold and diamonds with a leather strap or diamond-paved white and rose gold with a metal bracelet.

 

BAIGNOIRE

Cartier explores the oval of the dial, the watch’s hallmark, and transposes it into a bezel to be slipped as close to the wrist as possible. The birth of a hybrid, precious object: a watch that is also a piece of jewellery. Purity of lines, accuracy of shapes, precise proportions, and precious details: the Baignoire watch is an essential.

 

CLASH [UN]LIMITED

The Clash [Un]limited watch is characterised by an elegant mechanism that stands out for its beauty, creating a jewellery watch that combines finesse with power. Its geometry is constant and true to the Maison’s style. A culture of design counterbalanced by Cartier’s graphic precision through movement, from the beads that roll over each other to the hinges of the bracelet, all articulated to create softness on the skin.

The Clash [Un]limited watch is available in diamond-paved yellow gold, rose gold and white gold, as well as exceptional pieces enhanced by precious stones.

SANTOS-DUMONT

Elevating the slim, understated shape of the iconic Santos-Dumont watch, the Maison debuted it featuring a skeleton movement. Made in rose gold and steel, the Santos-Dumont skeleton watch takes sophistication one step further with its limited edition in yellow gold and navy lacquer: all the details, the bezel and case are lacquered, including the skeleton bridges onto which the lacquer is applied delicately by hand.

 

LA PANTHÉRE DE CARTIER

Cartier’s iconic panther is fierce and wild. Everything is designed in three dimensions: nose, cheeks, eyes, pointed ears. The challenge and strength are evident. They convey the strong character of this watch with its sculptural panther head.

In yellow or rose gold speckled with black lacquer with tsavorite eyes or in diamond-paved white gold with emerald eyes, it captivates and captures the gaze.

 

CARTIER PRIVÉ reveals the Tank Normale

An emblem of Cartier watchmaking, the Tank Normale is the subject of a new hour/minute version, available on an alligator strap or in an all-yellow gold or platinum version.

The iconic Tank Normale watch has also been launched with a 24-hour complication indicated by a fully skeletonised sun and crescent moon. A limited edition of 50 numbered pieces, this watch is a collector’s edition and joins the Maison’s collection of skeleton watches that are emblematic of cartier watchmaking.
