Yes. You will always receive a detailed estimate before any work begins. If you choose not to proceed after receiving the estimate, your watch will be returned to you.
A complete Rolex overhaul includes: watch identification, movement analysis, servicing the movement, cleaning and replacement of worn parts, lubrication and reassembly, calibration, optional refinishing service, reassembly of the case, waterproofing tests, and final quality control.

If an automatic watch has stopped, it will need to be manually wound to restart. Once worn regularly, the natural movement of your wrist will keep it wound.

We deliver to any address in Malta and within the European Union. For deliveries outside the EU, please contact us directly.
