Watchmaker

We are seeking a skilled Watchmaker for a full-time, on-site role based in our Spinola, Malta location. The Watchmaker will perform high-quality watch and clock repairs, ensuring precision and attention to detail.

Responsibilities include diagnosing issues, executing repairs and maintenance, conducting quality control, and ensuring the proper functioning of timepieces. The role also involves collaborating with the team to meet high service standards and contributing to delivering premium customer experiences.

The ideal candidate will have the following qualifications:

• Proficiency in watch repair with hands-on experience
• Expertise in quality control with high accuracy standards
• Strong attention to detail and manual dexterity
• Formal training or certification in watchmaking preferred
• Ability to work on-site in Malta
• Problem-solving skills and ability to focus under pressure
• Prior experience with luxury timepieces is an advantage

• Diagnose and repair watches and clocks with precision
• Execute repair and maintenance work to the highest standards
• Perform quality control assessments on completed work
• Ensure proper functioning of all timepieces
• Collaborate with the team to meet high service standards
• Contribute to delivering premium customer experiences
