We are currently looking for a full-time Sales Executive to join our new boutique. Acting as the first point of call for all visitors to the boutique, the successful candidate will have a warm and welcoming approach and provide first class customer service throughout the experience.
The ideal candidate will possess:
- Strong commitment to customer service
- Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills
- A passion for the luxury world
- Well-spoken and presentable
- Fluent in English and Maltese
- Self-motivated with a results-driven approach
- Experience as a sales executive or in a relevant role will be considered an asset
- Strong organisation and administration skills
- Deliver outstanding customer service and develop client relationships
- Acquire and maintain thorough product and brand knowledge
- Reflect the luxury brand philosophy and standards at all times
- Carry out administrative duties
- Ensure shop image is kept to a high standard
