The first in-house movement, Caliber RW1212
In the purest Swiss watchmaking tradition, RAYMOND WEIL innovates by creating a new movement in collaboration with the Sellita house. RAYMOND WEIL signs a model with a very assertive design, notably featuring a wide-opening dial which reveals the regulating organ at 6 o’clock. The balance and spring assembly, supported by a single bridge, reveals a workmanship as admirable as that of the most beautiful tourbillon regulators. The FreelancerCaliber RW1212 is a two-hand watch model focusing on sobriety. Its oscillating weight is adorned with a “Côtes de Genève” motif and the RAYMOND WEIL logo. The movement has been designed in such a way as to offer the beauty of its mechanism on the dial side. The organs strategically positioned above the mainplate and the symmetry of the bridges accentuate the architectural character of this elegant and superbly balanced model. The Freelancer Caliber RW1212 is available in several versions: silver or black dial associated with a steel or leather case and strap, or two-tone variants with matching steel or leather straps.
