Rolex Middle Sea Race
The month of October has become synonymous with the Rolex Middle Sea Race not just for the local calendar of event but also for the hundreds of international sailing enthusiasts that participate in one of the most acclaimed sailing competitions across the world.
This year’s race sees the 20th year of Rolex’s involvement in the race and although no hospitality areas are going to be set up for the occasion, Rolex has yet again shown full support towards the race and the Royal Malta Yacht Club. Mentioning this, the Lowell family and all the staff at Edwards Lowell would like to take this opportunity to praise the RMYC committee members for their hard work and for yet again organizing such a prestigious race.

2020 definitely hasn’t been a great year for sports events and events in general due to Covid-19 and many events have been postponed or cancelled. Nevertheless, the Rolex Middle Sea Race is one of the few sailing events that is still being held.
Before the start of this year’s Start of Race held on Saturday 17th October, we wanted to have a look at last year’s best official photos. Good luck to all this year’s participants! May the best team win!
